Refund policy

All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds once a product has been purchased and made available for download.

If a file is defective, corrupted, or fails to install, contact us at hello@thefoundryaudio.com within 14 days of purchase and we'll send you a working replacement. We do not issue refunds for change of mind, compatibility issues, or lack of use.
