Refund policy (digital products)

All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges once a product has been purchased and made available for download.

Please check the system requirements on each product page before purchase. For example, Kontakt instruments that require the full version of Kontakt do not work in the free Kontakt Player.

Defective files: if a file is defective, corrupted, or fails to install, contact us at hello@thefoundryaudio.com within 14 days of purchase with your order number and we'll send you a working replacement. We do not issue refunds for change of mind, compatibility issues, or lack of use.

Returns: all products are delivered digitally and nothing is shipped, so there is nothing to return.
