Shipping & delivery policy (digital products)

All products sold by The Foundry (a brand of Rareform Audio LLC) are digital downloads. Nothing is shipped physically, and there are no shipping charges. Delivery is free.

How delivery works: your download is available immediately after purchase. As soon as your payment is confirmed, download links appear on your order confirmation (order status) page, and the same links are sent by email to the address used at checkout.

Formats and requirements: each product page lists the file formats, download size and required software (for example, the full version of Kontakt or Serum).

Didn't receive your download? Check your spam or promotions folder, then email hello@thefoundryaudio.com with your order number and we'll resend your download links.
